Minimum 12-Month Retainer Commitment

We require a minimum commitment of 12 months. Community management has a compounding effect — Month 1 results are meaningfully lower than Month 6, which are lower than Month 12. Short engagements do not allow the community to develop deposit behaviour, and they do not allow us to demonstrate the methodology properly. We are upfront about this from the first conversation.

Before we publish the first piece of content, you provide us with two things: read access to your existing GA4 property, and the tracking links you use for your Telegram channel traffic. We embed those links into content and you see the attributed sessions, events and revenue in your own dashboard — in real time, without depending on any report we produce. This means you can always verify our impact independently.

We do not generate our own analytics reports as a substitute for this. The weekly report we produce is a summary and interpretation of the data you already own in GA4.

Retainers are priced individually based on community size, target market, number of channels, content volume and language requirements. We provide a fixed monthly quote after the discovery call. There are no variable fees — you always know what you are paying.
A Telegram community builds deposit behaviour over time, not over weeks. Month 1 is setup and audience building. Month 3 is when consistent deposit patterns emerge. Month 6 is when the community starts compounding. A 3-month engagement does not give us enough time to demonstrate the methodology, and it does not give your community enough time to develop. We are honest about this and will not take on a client who expects results in 30 days.
No. We do not make guaranteed deposit commitments and any agency that does should be questioned carefully. We provide our observed benchmark (€1 per member per month, long-term average) and our case study data as reference points. Actual results depend on your operator, your product quality, your bonus structure, market conditions and the sporting calendar. We are accountable to the data — but we cannot control what a player decides to deposit.
No. You provide us with read access to your existing GA4 property. If you do not have GA4 set up, that needs to happen on your side before we begin. We also require the tracking links you use for Telegram traffic — we work with your existing infrastructure, not our own. This ensures the data always belongs to you.
Never. Bought followers collapse engagement rates and reduce deposit conversion significantly. All member acquisition is from qualifying organic sources — affiliate traffic, re-engagement campaigns and referral flows. If you ask us to buy followers we will decline.

We review the data together on a weekly basis. If performance is below the expected range for a community of your size, we discuss the likely causes — which may include operator factors (bonus availability, platform experience, product quality) and community factors (content mix, posting schedule, member acquisition source). We adjust what we control and flag what we do not. We do not disappear when numbers are difficult.
